Excellent experience during New Year's. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The rooms were well-decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The location was convenient, with the metro station nearby and easy access to tourist attractions. the hotel had fast and reliable free wifi, perfect for staying connected during our trip.
The lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms. We had to go to the cafeteria to connect to the internet, and the instructions were in a language we didn't understand.
